Every enquiry answered in under 60 seconds.
When someone fills in your website form, emails you, or sends you an enquiry through Checkatrade, MyBuilder, Bark or Rightmove, they get a reply in under 60 seconds, day or night. Within 5 to 15 minutes you get a short summary of the job and a proper reply in your name, with your prices and free times. You OK it with one tap and it goes.
The under-60-second reply is an automatic "thanks, we've got your message" email, sent 24/7 on every plan when the enquiry includes an email address. The full reply is ready within 15 minutes on Lead Rescue and 5 minutes on the other plans, in your plan's hours. We don't answer phone calls.
You pay for every enquiry. Most go cold before anyone replies.
You're under a sink, up a ladder or out on a viewing. The customer isn't waiting. They ring the next name on the list.

Here's the maths: if 4 enquiries a month go cold and your average job is £300, that's £1,200 a month walking out of the door. And that's before the ad spend or directory fees you paid to get those enquiries.
How it works
Three steps. We plug into the enquiries you already get, so there's no new phone number, website or software to learn.
A customer gets in touch
They fill in your website form, email you, or send an enquiry through Checkatrade, MyBuilder, Bark or Rightmove. In under 60 seconds they get a short, friendly email: "Thanks, we've got your message."
We check the job and tell you
We look at what they need, whether their postcode is in your area and how urgent it is. Spam and jobs you don't do are filtered out. You get a short summary by email: the job, the area, how urgent, and our draft reply.
A proper reply goes out
The reply is in your name and your tone, with your prices and free times from your booking link. You OK it with one tap and it goes. If the customer goes quiet, we follow up until they book or say no.
Emergencies go straight to the top.
A gas smell at 7 pm shouldn't wait behind a quote for a new bathroom. When an enquiry sounds urgent, we flag it at once and tell you first.
- We spot the warning signs. Gas smell, CO alarm, burst pipe, water coming through the ceiling, no power, sparks or a burning smell, in plain everyday words, including in French, Dutch and Swedish.
- You hear about it straight away. You get an email marked URGENT with the customer's details, so you can ring them first.
- The customer gets safety advice first. For a gas smell or CO alarm, the reply tells them to open the windows, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency number, 0800 111 999. No prices, no sales talk. For sparks, smoke or water near electrics, it tells them to keep clear first.
- A person always checks it. Emergency replies never go out automatically.
We flag emergencies and give safety advice we've agreed with you. We don't give technical advice, and we're not an emergency service: the customer is always told to call the emergency number first.
What it looks like on a normal evening
Two examples of how an enquiry moves through the system. They show how it works. They're not real clients, and the times are an example, not a promise of results.
A boiler that won't fire
- Tue 18:40A customer fills in the website form: no hot water, boiler won't fire, can someone come tomorrow?
- 18:40She gets an automatic email: "Thanks, we've got your message."
- 18:44The owner gets a summary: boiler fault, postcode in the area, wants tomorrow, marked Hot. A reply with two free times is ready.
- 18:52Between jobs, the owner taps OK. The reply goes out in the firm's name.
She books the 8 am slot for the next morning.
Water through the kitchen ceiling
- Sat 19:30An email arrives: water coming through the kitchen ceiling, it won't stop.
- 19:30The customer gets the automatic "we've got your message" email.
- 19:31It's flagged as an emergency. The owner gets an email marked URGENT with the customer's number: ring them first.
- 19:36The owner rings. The written reply backs it up: how to turn off the stopcock, and the first free slot.
The job is booked for first thing on Sunday.

30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy in your first 30 days? Email us and we refund your setup fee and your first month. How it works
Extra leads £2 each, or move up a plan any time. Month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT where applicable. Limited onboarding spots.
MONEY-BACK
GUARANTEE
Try it for 30 days. If you're not happy, you get your money back.
If you're not happy with ReplySharp in the first 30 days after you go live, for any reason, just email us. We refund your setup fee and your first month's fee in full, within 14 days. The service stops that day, with no notice period and nothing more to pay. We send you your lead log and delete your data.
One refund per business. Ask by email within 30 days of going live. If you're a founding client and paid no setup fee, we refund your first month. Extra-lead charges and any costs you agreed to pay at cost (such as text messages) aren't refunded. Full terms are in your proposal and our terms of service.
And if you stay: our 60-day booked-appointments promise
If we don't help you book at least 3 / 5 / 8 extra appointments (Lead Rescue / Speed-to-Lead / Autopilot) in your first 60 days, from leads that would otherwise have been missed or answered late, we refund your setup fee in full. We then keep working at no monthly charge until we hit the target, or you leave with no further charge.
Conditions: lead sources connected as agreed, approval requests answered within 2 business hours, diary/availability kept up to date, and at least 15 genuine leads in the 60 days. Appointments are counted in the shared lead log. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded under this promise. We don't guarantee jobs won or revenue.
Speed promise: a qualified reply drafted and sent to you for one-tap approval within 15 / 5 / 5 minutes (in your plan's hours; 24/7 on Front Desk Autopilot); it goes out the moment you approve. On auto-send (only after your sign-off) it means sent. If we miss this on more than 5% of leads in a month (for reasons within our control), you get 25% off that month's fee.
Why not an answering service or a big platform?
Most options either take messages or hand you software to run yourself. We do the work.

Questions owners ask
What do customers get in the first 60 seconds?
An automatic email that says "Thanks, we've got your message", sent in your business's name, 24/7, on every plan, as long as the enquiry includes an email address. It doesn't quote or promise anything. The full reply, with your prices and free times, follows within 15 minutes on Lead Rescue or 5 minutes on the other plans, in your plan's hours, once you've OK'd it.
Will customers know it's AI?
AI-drafted replies, checked against your rules. You approve each reply by email before it's sent, and it goes out in your business's name. Your account is reviewed weekly. Every client starts on approve-every-reply, and standard replies only go out automatically after your written sign-off (Speed-to-Lead and Front Desk Autopilot). We'll also give you a sentence to add to your own privacy notice.
Do I need a new phone number, website or software?
No. You forward your form notifications, enquiry emails and directory alerts to a dedicated intake address. Replies offer slots via your existing booking link (Calendly, Google or Outlook booking page).
What is the free speed test?
With your OK, we send one small, genuine-style enquiry to your website. We never book fake appointments or take emergency slots. We then send you a 1-page result: how long it took, what the customer saw, and the reply we would have sent within 5 minutes.
Do you answer phone calls live?
No. We don't answer or handle phone calls. We look after the enquiries that come in writing: web forms, emails and directory or portal leads. If you want live call answering, we can recommend partners.
How long does setup take?
Live within 5 working days. It starts with a short written questionnaire by email, where we learn your services, area, prices, rules and tone. No calls or meetings needed. We test every channel before go-live, and you start on "approve everything" until you're comfortable.
What about GDPR?
We act as your data processor under a written data processing agreement. The DPA sets out where data is stored and for how long. We only use enquiry data to reply to and follow up with your customers, and we delete it on request or when you leave. We only contact enquirers who contacted you first. Our current list of sub-processors (the providers we use, and where they are) comes with the DPA.
What if I get more leads than my plan covers?
Every lead still gets answered. Extra leads cost £2 each, or you can move up a plan. You'll never get a surprise bill without a heads-up.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. There's no annual contract. In your first 30 days you can also leave with a full refund of your setup fee and first month (see our 30-day money-back guarantee).
Find out how fast you really reply
Ask for a free speed test by email. We'll measure your current response time and send you, using your own enquiry, what a 5-minute reply looks like. Any questions, just email and we'll answer everything in writing.
