For US plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians & roofers

Every enquiry answered in under 60 seconds.

When someone fills in your website form, emails you, or sends a lead through a site like Angi or Thumbtack, they get a reply in under 60 seconds, day or night. Within 5 to 15 minutes, a proper reply in your business's name, with your prices and open times, is approved by our team and sent, and you get a short summary of the job.

The under-60-second reply is an automatic "thanks, we've got your message" email, sent 24/7 on every plan when the lead includes an email address. The full reply goes out within 15 minutes on Lead Rescue and 5 minutes on the other plans, in your plan's hours. Replies go by email only. We don't answer phone calls.

You pay for every lead. Most go cold before anyone replies.

You're under a sink, in an attic or up on a roof. The homeowner isn't waiting. They contact the next company on the list.

42 hrs

average reply time to a web enquiry across 2,241 US companies audited. 23% never replied at all (2011).2

<3%

Here's the math: if 4 enquiries a month go cold and your average job is $400, that's $1,600 a month walking out the door. And that's before the ad spend or lead fees you paid to get those enquiries.

How it works

Three steps. We plug into the enquiries you already get, so there's no new phone number, website or software to learn.

Website formsEmailGoogle Business ProfileAngiThumbtackYelp
  1. A customer gets in touch

They fill in your website form, email you, or send a lead through a site like Angi or Thumbtack. In under 60 seconds they get a short, friendly email: "Thanks, we've got your message."

  2. We check the job

We look at what they need, whether their ZIP code is in your service area and how urgent it is. Spam and jobs you don't do are filtered out. Anything that needs you, like an unusual quote or an emergency, comes straight to you.

  3. A proper reply goes out

Our team approves the reply under the rules you set, and it goes by email in your name, with your prices and open times from your booking link. You get a short summary of each lead. If the customer goes quiet, we follow up until they book or say no.

Emergency flag

Emergencies go straight to the top.

A gas smell at 7 pm shouldn't wait behind a quote for a new bathroom. When an enquiry sounds urgent, we flag it at once and tell you first.

  • We spot the warning signs. Gas smell, CO alarm, burst pipe, water coming through the ceiling, no power, no heat or AC, sparks or a burning smell, in the plain words customers actually use.
  • You hear about it straight away. Our team holds the reply and you get an email marked URGENT with the customer's details, so you can call them first.
  • The customer gets safety advice first. For a gas smell or CO alarm, the reply tells them to open the windows, leave the property and call 911 from outside. No prices, no sales talk. For sparks, smoke or water near electrics, it tells them to keep clear first.
  • A person always checks it. Emergency replies never go out automatically.

We flag emergencies and give safety advice you've signed off. We don't give technical advice, and we're not an emergency service: the customer is always told to call the emergency number first.

What it looks like on a normal evening

Two examples of how an enquiry moves through the system. They show how it works. They're not real clients, and the times are an example, not a promise of results.

Illustrative example, not a real client

A water heater that's stopped working

  1. Tue 6:40 PMA customer fills in the website form: no hot water, can someone come out tomorrow?
  2. 6:40 PMShe gets an automatic email: "Thanks, we've got your message."
  3. 6:44 PMMarked Hot: water heater, ZIP code in the area, wants tomorrow. Our team approves a reply with two open times, and it goes out in the company's name.
  4. 6:45 PMThe owner gets a short summary of the lead by email.

She books the 8 AM slot for the next morning.

Illustrative example, not a real client

Water through the kitchen ceiling

  1. Sat 7:30 PMAn email arrives: water coming through the kitchen ceiling, it won't stop.
  2. 7:30 PMThe customer gets the automatic "we've got your message" email.
  3. 7:31 PMIt's flagged as an emergency. The owner gets an email marked URGENT with the customer's number: call them first.
  4. 7:36 PMThe owner calls. The written reply, checked by our team, backs it up: how to shut off the main water valve, and the first open slot.

The job is booked for first thing Sunday morning.

Built for busy owner-run firms

Companies with 2–20 people, where the owner still answers enquiries and there's no full-time office cover.

Plumbing, heating & HVAC

Leaks, water heaters, no-heat and no-AC calls, installs and maintenance. We separate urgent jobs from planned work and offer the right time.

Electricians

Outages, panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators and rewiring. We ask the right questions up front so you quote once.

Roofing

Leaks, storm damage, inspections and replacements. After a storm, homeowners contact several roofers at once, so a clear first reply matters most.

Simple plans. No annual contract.

Every plan includes onboarding, reply templates in your tone, instant 24/7 email acknowledgements and a weekly review of your account.

AI-drafted replies, checked against your rules and approved by our team (or by you, if you prefer). Replies go by email. Available on request: text-message replies (optional add-on, only with your own 10DLC registration and your customers' consent, fees at cost), live calendar sync and CRM sync.

30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy in your first 30 days? Email us and we refund your first month, and your setup fee if you paid one. How it works

Extra leads $2 each, or move up a plan any time. Month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax. Limited onboarding spots.

30DAY
MONEY-BACK
GUARANTEE

Try it for 30 days. If you're not happy, you get your money back.

If you're not happy with ReplySharp in the first 30 days after you go live, for any reason, just email us. We refund your first month's fee, and your setup fee if you paid one, in full, within 14 days. The service stops that day, with no notice period and nothing more to pay. We send you your lead log and delete your data.

One refund per business. Ask by email within 30 days of going live. Overage charges and any costs you agreed to pay at cost (such as text-message registration) aren't refunded. Full terms are in your proposal and our terms of service (see section 13 for US clients).

And if you stay: our 60-day booked-appointments promise

If we don't help you book at least 3 / 5 / 8 extra appointments (Lead Rescue / Speed-to-Lead / Autopilot) in your first 60 days, from leads that would otherwise have been missed or answered late, we refund your setup fee in full (if you paid one). We then keep working at no monthly charge until we hit the target, or you leave with no further charge.

Conditions: lead sources connected as agreed, availability kept up to date, and at least 15 genuine leads in the 60 days (if you approve replies yourself: approval requests answered within 2 business hours). Appointments are counted in the shared lead log. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded under this promise. We don't guarantee jobs won or revenue.

Speed promise: within 15 / 5 / 5 minutes in your plan's hours, each qualified reply is approved by our team and sent, or, if it needs your input (a quote outside your price list, a complaint, a safety issue), passed to you. If we miss this on more than 5% of leads in a month (for reasons within our control), you get 25% off that month's fee.

Why not an answering service or an AI call bot?

Questions owners ask

What do customers get in the first 60 seconds?

An automatic email that says "Thanks, we've got your message", sent in your business's name, 24/7, on every plan, as long as the lead includes an email address. It doesn't quote or promise anything. The full reply, with your prices and open times, is approved by our team and sent within 15 minutes on Lead Rescue or 5 minutes on the other plans, in your plan's hours.

Will customers know it's AI?

Replies are AI-drafted, checked against your rules and approved by our team (you can choose to approve each one yourself), and they go out in your business's name. Your account is reviewed weekly. We'll also give you a sentence to add to your own privacy notice.

Do I need a new phone number, website or software?

No. You forward your form notifications, enquiry emails and lead-site alerts to a dedicated intake address. Replies offer times via your existing booking link (Calendly, Google or Outlook booking page).

Do you call or text my customers?

We don't make phone calls, and replies go by email. Text messages are an optional add-on, only after your business registers its own A2P 10DLC texting brand (we help, fees billed at cost), only to people who contacted you first, and with STOP requests honored.

Which hours do you cover?

Your plan's hours, in your business's local time zone: Mon–Sat 8 am to 8 pm on Lead Rescue, 7 days 7 am to 9 pm on Speed-to-Lead, and 24/7 on Front Desk Autopilot. Every enquirer gets an instant email acknowledgement, day or night.

What is the free speed test?

With your OK, we send one small, genuine-style enquiry to your website. We never book fake appointments or take emergency slots. We then send you a 1-page result: how long it took, what the customer saw, and the reply we would have sent within 5 minutes.

How long does setup take?

Live within 5 business days. It starts with a short written questionnaire by email, where we learn your services, area, prices, rules and tone. No calls or meetings needed. We test every channel before go-live, and you sign off the rules and reply templates before anything is sent.

What about my customers' data?

We act as your service provider under a written data processing agreement. We only use enquiry data to reply to and follow up with your customers, we never sell it, and we delete it on request or when you leave. We only contact people who contacted you first. Our current list of sub-processors comes with the agreement.

Where are you based, and how do I pay?

ReplySharp is run from Athens, Greece. We bill in US dollars by card or bank transfer. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

What if I get more leads than my plan covers?

Every lead still gets answered. Extra leads cost $2 each, or you can move up a plan. You'll never get a surprise bill without a heads-up.

Find out how fast you really reply

Ask for a free speed test by email. We'll measure your current response time and send you, using your own enquiry, what a 5-minute reply looks like. Any questions, just email and we'll answer everything in writing.
