For electricians

Lead response for electricians, while you're on the tools.

You can't reply with a board open or a ladder to climb. Every website form, email and directory enquiry gets an automatic reply in under 60 seconds, then a proper reply in your name with your prices, ready for your one-tap OK.

Illustration with a made-up customer and business, not a real enquiry.

What we do for electricians, and what we don't

Plenty of electrical work starts in writing: a website form filled in at 9pm, an email from a landlord with a batch of EICRs, a Checkatrade or MyBuilder request for a consumer unit quote. That's the part we handle, and we'd rather be clear about it:

  • We don't answer or handle phone calls, and we don't send text messages. Everything we do is by email.
  • Every written enquiry gets an automatic reply in under 60 seconds. Website forms, emails and directory leads with an email address get a short "thanks, we've got your message" email, day or night.
  • Then a proper reply, ready for your OK. Within 15 minutes (Lead Rescue) or 5 minutes (other plans), in your plan's hours, you get a short summary and a reply in your name with your prices and free times. You approve with one tap.
  • Follow-ups until they book or say no, each with an easy opt-out.

The enquiries electricians actually get

  • Faults. An RCD that keeps tripping, no power to some sockets, lights flickering. We ask what's affected, when it started and whether anything is hot, buzzing or smells of burning.
  • EICRs for landlords. In England, private landlords need their electrical installations inspected and tested at least every five years. We ask how many properties, how many bedrooms, the deadline, and how to arrange tenant access.
  • Consumer unit upgrades. We ask for a photo of the current board and the property type, so you can price before you visit.
  • EV chargers. Off-street parking, distance from the board to the charging point, and whether they've chosen a charger yet.
  • Rewires, extensions and extra sockets or lighting. Property size and age, whether it's occupied, and the timescale.
  • Not a fit. Out-of-area postcodes, work you don't take on, and sales pitches.

Illustrative example, not a real client: a landlord's email

The customer and business below are made up.

Email, Thursday 11:15: "Hi, I've got four rental flats in Salford and the EICRs run out at the end of next month. Can you give me a price and some dates? Thanks, Mark."

Mark gets an automatic "we've got your message" email in under 60 seconds. Minutes later you get a short summary and this draft:

Hi Mark, it's Ellie at Brookside Electrical. Happy to help with the four EICRs. How many bedrooms is each flat, and are they all in the same building? We have dates on the 12th and 13th, and we can arrange access with your tenants directly.

You approve it with one tap while you're still on the job, and it goes out by email in your business's name.

Safety first: if an enquiry mentions burning smells, scorch marks, sparks or shocks, it's flagged as urgent and you get an email marked URGENT. The automatic reply tells the customer to keep clear and switch off at the consumer unit only if it's safe to do so. Those replies are never sent automatically.

How it works for an electrical contractor

Three steps. You keep your phone and your website. We look after the enquiries that come in writing.

  1. A customer gets in touch

Web forms, enquiry emails and directory alerts are forwarded to your private intake address. Anyone with an email address gets an automatic "we've got your message" email in under 60 seconds.

  2. We check the job and tell you

The job type, postcode, urgency and whether it's work you take on. You get a short summary and a draft reply with your prices and free times.

  3. A proper reply goes out

You approve by email with one tap and it goes out in your business's name. Follow-ups keep going until they book or say no.

Questions owners ask

Do you answer or return phone calls?

No. We don't answer, handle or return phone calls, and we don't send text messages. We handle written enquiries: website forms, emails and directory leads such as Checkatrade and MyBuilder.

Do I need a new phone number or website?

No. You forward your form notifications, enquiry emails and directory alerts to a private intake address. Nothing changes for your customers.

Can you handle landlord EICR enquiries?

Yes. We ask how many properties and bedrooms, the deadline and how to arrange access, so you can price and book without a long call.

What happens with a dangerous fault?

It's flagged as urgent and you get an email marked URGENT so you can ring the customer. The automatic reply puts safety first. A person always checks the full reply.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If you're not happy in your first 30 days after going live, email us and we refund your setup fee and first month.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no annual contract.
